Inside Theo Epstein's master mind (112 clue?)

I noticed this article on the main ESPN page today.  The headline reads "Inside Theo Epstein's master mind".

Notice the shirt next to him in the picture it says "If you ain't first you're last".

The gematria of that phrase sums to 112.  The upcoming World Series is the 112th.  Theo Epstein is known for breaking the Boston Red Sox curse when he was their general manager, and he is now trying to break a similar curse for the Cubs.

Houston = 112.  Currently the Astros are 3 games back from the wildcard with 12 games to play.  Could we see the Astros sneak into the last slot?

"Inside Theo Epstein's master mind" = 1528, 331, 1986, 133.  I'm trying to think if there's any connections to 331 and 133 in relation to the Cubs.  331 is the 67th prime.

    2. Nice one! I knew someone would be able to catch the connection. So you like the Cubs to win against Toronto? Houston moved to 2 games back yesterday with 11 to play... A race to the finish!

  2. Game 7 on 11/2. Former Astros GM Spec Richardson died on 4/12/16, or 204 days before 11/2. Houston Astros =204. Astros pitcher Jim Umbricht died on opening day 1964, exactly 204 days after his 33rd birthday. He died with 133 Ks.

Also current Astros manager AJ Hinch celebrated his birthday 1 month 12 days before this season started and has 112 career RBIs.

    1. Dustin Johnson! I thought he was gonna win the Master's but he fell short. I see he is in the lead after 2 rounds. Haven't done a decode on the tournament yet. 30 people is a lot easier to decode than a full field. Maybe I'll have time by Sunday
